Hey everyone come to the Friday night movie night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who: The neighborhood

What: Family movie night

Where: AAMP- 411 West Monroe street

When: 6:00pm, Friday April 1st

Why: To get together and enjoy ourselves

$2 per person, $5 per family- proceeds going to AAMP

• Took the bus over to Ginger's, went over to her house and harvested passionflower to make tinctures


• Tinctured the passionflower, took the bus home, at home took pictures for my photography class tomorrow

• did math with dad for a couple hours working on graphing. Then did the TAKS 7th grade math test.


• ran over to AAMP with Dean, discussed movie night and my job for this week


• roller-bladed in the alley with Esme. Lex and Felix joined us in the alley.


• played capture the flag


• drove to swim team with ted - swam hard then came home


• skyped with Maia on the porch

today I...

• woke up in an empty house. At last some time to myself!


• Began writing a fictional story and sat at the table awhile and wrote


• went to Sarah's with my mom to get Dean. We hung out and talked a while


• hung out until Esme and Otto got home. biked to library with Esme.


• drove over to Andrea's with mom, Esme and Dean and hung out there for a few hours - jumped on the trampoline and watched a movie

Today I...

• processed photos from the past 2 weeks, rode over to Leon's, showed them to him and he admired and critiqued them


• worked on my skills with the aperture speed and ISO


• rode home, made some scarves then rode to AAMP to visit with my mom


• Came up with an idea for a movie night, spoke to Federico about it and he liked it. Great.


• rode back to AAMP with mom while she did a teleclass and I skyped with maia


• went to Bouldin Creek Coffeehouse and had dinner with Federico and my mom

Today I...

• Took the #10 bus to the #30 stop with Dean and my dad, when it arrived we took it to the Botanical Gardens


• Walked around with Ginger and all of the other Little Green Witches, looked at plants and identified their parts


• Studied the plants some more, talked with my classmates/friends, took photos, hung out in NATURE!


• Walked and talked with everyone till it was time to go, waited for the #30 bus, took it to the #10 bus stop but decided to walk home because it took too long to get there


• Had a very hot but pleasent walk home


• Finger knitted some scarves till Jennifer Elsner arrived, a woman I babysat for


• Talked and got to know her then we drove to her house, watched her son and we played Othello and War, a card game, read Bone stories till he went to bed


• Read the Theif Lord till Jennifer and her husband got back from their date


• Went home with her, and read

Today I...

• Rode the bus to the seminary kitchen


• Walked to the kitchen, made citrus shortbread, cut some slimy peppers, and onions


• Put lunch out, ate lunch, cleaned up, walked back to the bus stop, read my book till it came, took it home


• Played with Dean in the yard, rode my bike to Caroline's to babysit Izzy, played with her out in the yard, gave her a bath and got her dressed in some fancy clothes


• Rode my bike home, put my suit on, rode over to the fairy alley to meet up with my mom, she drove me swimteam


• Swam, went home with Liz


• Folded laundry while watching Nancy Drew

Today I...

• Did math with my dad, we did Mean, Median, Mode, and Range


• Played outside with Otto and Dean


• Made fruit pockets with Otto, cleaned up, after lunch we made dinner


• Created a tomatoe sauce with Otto, made a salad and some fizzy limeade and put it all in the fridge for later


• Finger weaved 2 scarves and while I was doing that Dean hit his head on the stone and had to go to the ER


• Played capture the flag with Otto, Esme, Evelyn, and Felix till Krista came


• Watched Gilligan's Island with my siblings till dinner

Spring Break

Spring Break... A whole week in one post! 3-14-2011 Today I...

• Rode over to AAMP with Esme and my mom to set up for the Craft Camp


• Sat in a circle with 13 girls plus my mom, Ginger, and myself, played some name games to get to know each other.


• Hung out, helped alot of people with sewing their wallets.


• Ate lunch while watching everyone else perform their talents


• Took pics of the girls doing human pyramids then became part of it, at the bottom


• Taught them the slipknot and my mom showed them how to make their nature strings using the slip knot


• Finger knitted hair pieces and put them in peoples hair as decoration


• Helped out some more


• Cleaned up


• Rode home, and went for a walk with my mom and Esme

Today I...

• Rode my bike over to Nicholas Dawson with everyone but my mom, cleaned up some trash while playing fairies with Esme and Dean


• Rode home then rode to the library to meet up with my mom, read some cartoons from the New Yorker, looked at some books and then saw Ramona and Kathie, helped Ramona find the Nancy Drew books, we each got one


• Went out to lunch with them and while we were eating I read Nancy Drew to Ramona.


• Got dropped off and sold 10 burlap wallets for my craft fair, my mom cut, my dad pinned and I sewed


• Hung out by the fire cooked hot dogs with Andrea's family and Lara's family, some more family friends


• Biked over to Kathie's and when I arrived I immediately started reading to Ramona again


• Watched Mamma Mia with her and Arlo, her brother, read some more to both of them and put them to bed


• Watched Spy Kids 2 till Kathie and my mom came home, went home with my mom, and went to bed

Today I...

• Received a call from Ramona seeing if I wanted a ride to swimteam, texted back saying "YES!"


• Rushed as fast as I could to get ready, drove with Ramona, Kathie, Arlo, Finlay and Willa to the pool


• Played capture the flag with most of the swimteam, swam, and drove home with Kathie


• Had lunch, got dressed and rode over to Guerro's with my family to listen to Matt the Electrician play


• Walked down to Jo's listened to music, walked to Yard Dog and played with Evelyn, Sophie, Esme and Dean


• Rode my bike over to AAMP with my family and listened to music

Today I...

• Drove to swimteam with my mom, she dropped me off then went to work


• Swam, my mom picked me up


• Hung out with some people that had stopped by our house


• Rode my bike over to Yard Dog with my mom and Esme


• Walked down to Jo's, listened to music there for a couple of minutes, after we were finished we went back to Yard Dog stayed awhile then went back to find our friends, Barbara and Carrie


• Looked around but couldn't find them, we got a call from them and we went to San Jose and found them there, hung out and talked


• Rode home, watched Cheaper by the Dozen 2 with my siblings

Today I...

• Set up for my craft fair, at around 10:15 my first customer came and he bought 20 dollars worth of items that I made


• Hung out, sold several things, at noon Lilah came and we just hung out and talked while helping customers


• I got some feathers in my hair and Lilah, Izzy, and Esme got some too as a trade for 2 pairs of earrings


• Talked, played on the slide, HUNG OUT! and made money


• Cleaned up at 3:30, then went up to Congress with Lilah, Izzy, Esme, Lynn, and Holland to listen to music


• Treated myself to a Caramel Italian soda with cream! SO YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


• Listened to some music then walked up to Big Top and bought some candy to share with Holland and Lilah


• Hung out with my friends some more and went home

That was an AWESOME, fun filled week!

• Hung out with Dean outside all morning


• Walked over to Lana's, a woman I babysit for, and babysat her kids from 1 to 4.


• During that time I cleaned their front room, played with them, and went for a walk.


• Played Chinese Checkers with my dad for awhile.

Today I...

• Edited some photos from the past week that I took


• Rode my bike over to Leon's, my photography teacher, showed him my top 5 photos and we edited them together till they were fantastic!


• Took some photos on the tripod for the 1st time, that was awesome!


• Played outside with Dean and my dad


• Made some more earrings till Shannon dropped Minor off to play with Otto, Shannon and Minor are our family friends, she decided to stay and talk and I sold my 1st pair of earrings to her.

I skipped swimteam but I enjoyed my evening

• Made a ton of earrings with Lilah, my friend, when we were finished we walked over to Big Top and bought a bunch of sour gummies to share.


• Played outside with Dean and Lilah


• Crafted some more, and started setting up for my craft market, my mom brought some cloth that she got from some old lady crafter and we went through it.


• Drove to swimteam with my mom and Lilah


• Swam

That's my day. It was fun to have Lilah over for a whole day!

• Did math with my dad

• Rode my bike over to Caroline's, a women I babysat for, when I arrived I watched Alex, her son, till Izzy came home, her daughter, when she did I played with her till 5 then rode home.


• Drove to swimteam with Matt, Ramona, Arlo, and Willa, my friends that also go to swimteam.

Today I...

• Walked over to the library with my mom, at the library I worked on writing my manifesto, which I will put up when I am finished.
• Went home and got ready to go babysitting
• Rode my bike over to Suki's, the women I babysit for. And watched her son for a little while till we walked over to Big Stacy and swam and played ball.
• Carried the pool stuff back to their house when we were finished at the pool.
• Hung out for several more minutes with them then rode over to Big Stacy again to coach my mom and siblings.
• Didn't have much luck this time and I quit coaching them for the time being.
• Rode home by myself, at home I got ready to go swimming again but only this time with a real coach and swimming laps. I absolutely LOVE swim team!
• Got a ride home from Kathie when we were done.
• Made one haunted house with my sibs and some of our friends, after they left we had ALOT of fighting! And now I am very sad and mad inside, I HATE when my parents fight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It scares me and makes me wonder "what will happen next?"

A night that I will probably remember. Thats all.
